Preview plans are not available on the -10. Ten builders tend not to read instructions anyway. *smirk*
I called Van's with a related question, and their reason was due to the -10 plans being different from previous plans. The -10 plans are an improvement, so this is a small sacrifice.
I ended up ordering the tail kit plans ahead of receiving the kit, just so I could see ahead of time what I was getting myself into. It wasn't entirely necessary since the practice kit plans use a similar layout. Also, the kit was delivered to me within 5 days of ordering, so i did not even have time to preview the plans before delivery.
