BNC connector for tray

Where do I get a replacement for the little captive BNC connector that goes in the back of my transpoder tray?

Steve.... they sometimes come up on e-bay...

They don't seem to be common items in electronics stores.

I got a better deal asking nicely at my local avionics shop...

Go to the shop that you will use later for your transponder certifications....

I found these things difficult to get hold of for a reasonable price. In the end got one from ebay from the same guy in the link - arrived with in a couple of days.

So I got the little captive right angle BNC, but it came with a very tiny sleeve that I can't figure out. What is this for?
