My hat is off to all of those RV?ers that live and fly in the Canyon City, Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Castle Rock and Denver Colorado area. My wife and I took a trip to visit some relatives that live just outside of Canyon City. The relatives live at about 8300 feet, their house is on a hillside that overlooks a small valley. Up on a higher part of their property (on a clear day) they have a great view of Pike?s Peak. Speaking of which, while we were there we drove up to Pike?s Peak. WOW! I made a snowball while I was up there, yup, there was snow. The view was outstanding at 14,110 feet. As a particular Governor has said ?I?LL BE BACK!? It?s kinda funny, I was standing on ground that is actually higher in evelation than I will fly my RV!
