After extensive testing with crossover exhaust vs 4 into 1 exhaust, have reached the following conclusion: It appears the existing vibration ( aerobatic motor mounts) with the crossover is magnified with the 4 into 1 because of smoother engine operation and additional power output. Test involved switching entire exhaust systems and monitoring the vibrations. Different combinations of extensions to the 4 into 1 had little or no effect on the vibration. Even with the collector removed, vibration remained the same.
