F-324 rivet or cleco?

I am currently attaching the f-324 sideskins. The instructions say to either use clecos or -3 rivets every 4" to temporarily fasten the skins to the top longerons. Does anyone have any words of wisdom?

Thanks

I used -3 rivets about every 5 regular rivet spaces, in between the normal spacing and left them in. The top skin goes over top of these so you can only see them from the inside.
I also did like others before and used -3 for all of the aft skins with 1/2 the spacing instead of the -4 specified on the plans. They are so much easier to drive and leave smoother skins.

Mike;
Thanks for your reply. I have been on vacation, hense my late response.
I decided to do as you suggested. Now, if I could only decipher how the F-322's and F-324 intersect, I would be a happy camper.
