Looking for RV 9 builder in Western Pa

I'm building an RV 9A in Pittsburgh, Pa. Just finishing the Emp.ordered the wings end of December. I checked some EAA chapters in Pittsburgh, but no one, according to the local Chapters is building a 9 or has not joined a Chapter yet.
If anyone is, please let me know.
