Giving Instruction in a 12?

Will it be legal to give primary flight instruction in an RV-12? I'm guessing that the answer is yes if the plane is certified as an ELSA, but figured I'd check with the experts here.

Of Course!

Even if it is certified as E-AB, the owner can receive instruction, just like any other Experimental aircraft.

You can receive instruction...but can you give instruction in a 12? Obviously you need to be a CFI and all that...but can you operate an ELSA for hire?
