If anyone is looking to get some tailwheel training in SE Michigan, there is this great old dude with a 1946 Cub. He learned to fly in 1942 in a Cub. $65.00 for a super cool old plane. Hand start engine and not radios. He flies off an old grass strip (built in 1946 also) surrounded by corn and bean fields. Even comes with a bunch of old guys to bullsh*t with after you fly. They are a bit generous with their comments about your wheel landings. I guess if you keep it out of the corn things are alright.
