Elevator Bellcrank Mount

Page 21 in the plans, view C-C Top View shows 1/8" rivits mounting the bellcrank mount to F-306 and F-307 bulkhead. Wondering what others have done here as there is not enough edge distance for the rivits. I used one AN3 at each of the four corners. Might have used nutplates as well, but don't remember.
