RV-7 in northern MN?

Hey All, new member here. I am really interested in building a RV-7. Before i pull the trigger on the tools/emp I want to make sure my 6'4" frame fits in the cockpit. I've searched around and it seems that you really need to sit in one to know so I was wondering if there is a 7 in Duluth or the surrounding area that i could "try on". Thanks in advanced!

I have flying 9A at Anoka and there are several flying 7A's in the cities. We come to Superior for breakfast on a regular basis. I'm sure we could set something up.

Hi Chris,
I've had two 6' 4" guys in my -6A and one of them, Larry Dickinson, owns and flies a -9A with no problems. He had to duck as the slider frame passed his head but then the room was there with the headsets on.
