Strobe Power Mounting

I'm going to mount my Strobe Power behind the Baggage comp and could either mount it on the bottom skin or build a cross bracket from the center section to the J-Channel. Are there any issues with riveting an L-Bracket to the J-Channel.

Make sure that you don't interfer with the elavator push tube.
I attached mine to the bottom skin with two of the L brackets that go on the back of the fuel tank. A perfect size and easy to get sense I drive by Vans on my way to work.
