aileron balance

Did some epoxy fill repair to very slight creases on lower side of left aileron. Question is does dding a few oz. of superfil to the aileron affect function (flutter issue?).
Second related issue: Was advised by another RV6A builder-flyer that there is no balance issue between ailerons, but if you hang it temporaily inverted on the attach points the aileron is in a balanced state if it remains in any position selected. Would appreciate any input on these aileron questions.

Don't worry about it. If you build it by the plans, aileron balance is not that critical on the RV.
