elevator attach bolts

So, the assembly drawings show the head of the elevator attach bolts on the right side (right elevator drawing). Is this critical, or does it matter which way the bolt head and nut faces? I would think not, but they do show it in the drawing that way so maybe there's a real reason for that... And if so, do the left elevator bolt heads go on the left or right?

I placed the head of the bolts outward, only because it's that way on the plans. However, I really don't think it matters.
