Lot's to see...
Ottawa is a great place to visit and has much to offer.
Like Rick said, Rockcliffe (
http://ourairports.com/airports/CYRO/pilot-info.html) has the Aviation museum (
http://www.casmuseum.techno-science.ca/) right there, and it's a good one. Ottawa has so many museums, that it would take a few days to see them all. Across the river at the Gatineau airport is Vintage Wings (
http://www.vintagewings.ca/en-ca/home.aspx). There they have an awesome collection of warbirds (Spit, Mustang, Hurriance, F-86, P-40, Harvard, which all fly) I'm sure you could get in to have to a have a look. Rob Erdos (on the forum building a -6) is one of Vintage's pilots.
In Smith's Falls, Kevin Horton is based with his Golden Hawk RV-8, and I believe Mark Richardson is in Carp with his RV-8.
Quebec City is absolutely beautiful, steeped in much history. I stayed there two summers ago and stayed at the Chateau Frontenac (
http://www.fairmont.com/frontenac-quebec/), which is a very historic, and expensive hotel. The boardwalk and citadel is all within walking distance.
If you need specific details, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
Cheers,
Don
