Primer

I seem to remember some discussion about spray can primers vs 2 part mix (but can't find it). What is the best spray can primer to use on some of the smaller parts when you don't want to mix the 2 part primer. How anxious am I, just ordered my wings and I'm getting all my supplies ready. Thanks.

Many people will disagree with me on this, but I have never seen a rattle can primer that truly "self-etches". To etch, the primer need to include an acid.
The acid is within the reducer in 2-part primers.

The rattle-can primer of choice seems to be NAPA 7220, available at any NAPA auto parts store. They go on sale at about half price a couple times a year, do a search on here for a lot of info.
